CCNET - Crisis Competence Counselling Network for Women at Work

 The objective of the project is to develop the skills of 20 trainers in order to identify and evaluate the portfolio of skills needed for socio-professional reintegration and to provide support for the development of professional life of 80 women who intend to reorient professionally or who are at risk socio-professional exclusion.

Opportunities for participants:

  • training program for trainers to identify and evaluate the portfolio of competencies for socio-professional reintegration

  • free access to learning materials developed through the project

  • counselling services for women who intend to reorient themselves professionally or who are at risk of socio-professional exclusion

Estimated results:

  • 20 trainers will be trained to identify and evaluate the portfolio of skills needed for socio-professional reintegration, including through the use of digital technologies and innovative solutions.

  • 80 women who intend to reorient themselves professionally or who are at risk of socio-professional exclusion will be supported through counselling services for the development of professional life and the inclusion of entrepreneurship as a career option

  • educational resources will be development for trainers in the field of counselling for the development of basic skills, for the animation of support networks for women and for the production of learning materials and snack support.

The project take places in 4 UE contries: Germany, Portugal, Cyprus and Romania.
