FPIMM Brasov launches a new project financed by PEO, "NEW CHANCES FOR YOUTH" (SMIS Code 337140), which has as its main objective improving the access of young people from Brasov County to employment in the restaurant services sector and other food activities (CAEN 56), through employment and vocational training services.
The project is aimed at young people between the ages of 16 and 29, who are looking for a job or who want to improve their professional status. Among the targeted categories are: young NEETs, young women, young Roma people and people with disabilities.
Participants will benefit free of charge from:
information, professional counseling and mediation on the labor market;
qualification courses in the professions of Chef's Assistant and Waiter, authorized according to GEO no. 129/2000;
informal courses for the development of transversal skills required on the labor market.
In addition, young people will have the opportunity to acquire skills for green jobs, to become familiar with concepts from the green economy and sustainable development, but also to develop their skills regarding diversity, inclusion and non-discrimination.
