FPIMM Brasov organizes free courses to develop transversal skills for young people between 16 and 29 years old in Brasov. The courses are dedicated to young people who want to develop the necessary skills to increase their chances of employment and to better understand the current demands of the labor market.

Participants will have the opportunity to develop the following types of skills:

• effective communication

• teamwork

• time and priority management

• problem solving

• adaptability and critical thinking

• initiative and responsibility
