YOUTH ON THE MOVE - Active measures for a sustainable professional future (COD SMIS 336098)
About the project:
Fuonding: European Social Fund through the Education and Employment Programme (EOP) 2021 - 2027, Priority Axis P02 Harnessing the potential of young people on the labour market (Youth employment).
Implementation period: June 2025 - May 2028
The general objective of the project aims to improve access to the labor market and inclusive and sustainable employment in the economic sector CAEN 56 (Restaurants and other food service activities), in Brasov County, for 280 young people looking for a job or who want to improve their status on the labor market, of which at least 115 will be young NEETs, at least 140 will be women, at least 45 will be young Roma and at least 2 will be young people with disabilities.
Types of eligible beneficiaries:
- Young people under 16 and under 30 looking for a job;
- Young unemployed NEETs;
- Young people belonging to the Roma minority;
- Have reached the age of 16 and are under 30;
- Domicile or have legal residence in Brasov County (Romania), in rural or urban areas;
The people enrolled in the project will benefit from:
- Specialized and personalized services to stimulate employment (information and professional counseling services and job mediation services)
- Development of the professional skills of the GT by organizing and conducting FP programs specific to qualifications required in the economic field CAEN 56
Cook's assistant, authorized course according to OUG no. 129/2000, qualification level 1, COR code 941101, 180 hours; 120 places available\
Waiter, authorized course according to OUG no. 129/2000, qualification level 3, COR code 513102 – waiter and sommelier and 51393 – sommelier, 720 hours; 110 places available
Transversal skills for the labor market, unauthorized course according to GEO no. 129/2000; recognized at the employer level; 60 hours; 50 places available
- Training programs for acquiring green skills, green jobs, green economy and sustainable development
- Intervention measures for acquiring diversity, inclusion and non-discrimination skills.
